....yesterday...... for a couple of reasons. 17 years ago yesterday, Cory's dad lost his fight with pancreatic cancer. May 31st has not had a "great" feeling associated with it for our family, until now. Kassie was baptized a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, yesterday. It was a great day, with family, those we have here on this earth, and those who have passed on. Finally a May 31st to be grateful for, and happy about. Gary passed away when Cory was 18 years old. For Cory that means that next year his Dad will have been gone longer than Cory was able to have him. For Cory that is a harsh reality, but I don't think we will ever forget the date of Kassie's baptism.

COngrats Kassie, and it will forever make it such a special day. It must of been an eventful day, but she looked so cute going up for her plack. Jason and I both said, "Can you beleive she is already getting baptized?" It doesn't seem that long ago when you moved here and she is really growing up.
