A Rabbit named Rosalie???

Our last day of Spring Break was spent at Grandma Caroll's house in Syracuse. They arrived home from St. George on Sunday, so the kids were anxious to see them.
Kristian spent Spring Break with Brian, so we didn't see her til monday night..... and this is what she showed up with.
An Easter Bunny! She named her Rosalie.

......so far, Rosalie gets tons of attention, and loves..... we'll see how long she lasts! (we don't have a good track record for bunnies up here!)

Easter Sunday

Easter Sunday was spent at home.... nice and quiet and together as a family.
After a great morning at church, we had lunch, naps, and played outside in the warm sunshine!
(Whewww.... I haven't jumped on the trampoline for a while! What a workout! :D)

gotta love that bunny..... he always knows what to get! Just look at those smiles!

EMT Class - Peds Assessment Day

The second day of our spring break was spent up at Weber State at Daddy's EMT class.....
It was Pediatric Assessment Day, and they needed some patients to practice on!
So we gathered up a couple of friends and headed there for the afternoon.
The students came prepared to entertain the kids with tons of snacks and soda! Just look at that table of JUNK FOOD!

The students came around and asked the kids their age, weight, name, and then they took their heart rate and respiration's.

Hmmmmmm..... kinda looks like some "Cheating" going on here now doesn't it? he he he

Children's Treehouse Museum

We started off Spring Break by heading down to Ogden to the.....
Children's Treehouse Museum

The kids had tons of fun... I sat on a bench and read a book looking up appropriately and ooohhhh-ing and ahhhhhh-ing when I heard that ever familiar "Mommy Look" shout. A perfect place for all of us.... and they are asking to go back already. We spent 3 hours there, with crafts, games, puzzles, toys, things to climb all over, and plays to participate in.

It is totally recommened for anyone who has never been!

Afterwards we walked over to the Soloman Center and had dinner at Costa Azul while watching the kids on the Flo-Rider. It was a great day out!

Silly Girl

We were late for Preschool today.
Lost track of time, and before you know it..... her ride was here to pick her up, and we weren't ready.
So we quickly got dressed and ready, and ran her in to school.
On the way there, I looked back and this is what I saw:

I said... "Wow Kambree, you are looking Hott!".

She just replied.... "I know!"

Flashback Friday - My First Car

My first car was a 1990 Pontiac Sunbird.

You can't see it in the picture, but it had hot pink pin-striping.
Yep, pin-striping. Cool huh?
My dad took me car shopping, and he knew when I saw this car, it was a done deal.
Yes, I was easily pleased, apparently.

Can you see the little green frog in the rear window? Loved that frog. It was a gift from my Aunt Karen while I was in the hospital getting chemo. Still have the frog.... somewhere.

However, with the memory of my fist car, there is always this song: (you will have to pause the player at the bottom to listen)

Get a playlist! Standalone player Get Ringtones

Yep. Loved it. Thought I was so cool to play it real loud with the windows down. Oh, the good ol' days!
